About Us

Founded in 1878, Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) has a proud history of protecting children in Massachusetts. Last year, more than 27,500 children and families in Massachusetts benefitted from MSPCC's innovative child abuse prevention and intervention programs, parenting support and education, clinical mental health treatment, and support for foster and adoptive families. We fight for laws that protect children, we speak out for better mental healthcare for children, and we stand up for foster children.
